Marily Paralika elected to the International Court of Arbitration (ICC)

Marily Paralika, Paris international arbitration Partner Marily Paralika has been re-elected member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for a three-year term from 1 July, 2021. Ms. Paralika has previously served as a member of the ICC Court representing Greece from 2017 to 2021.
 
The ICC International Court of Arbitration is the world’s leading arbitral institution. Since 1923, it has been helping to resolve difficulties in international commercial and business disputes to support world trade and investment. The 195 members of the Court represent 121 countries and the new composition of the ICC Court is the most diverse in the institution's history, presided by the Court's first female President, Claudia Salomon.
 
Marily Paralika is recognised among her peers for her expertise in international arbitration. She represents parties in the construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure sectors, both in commercial arbitrations and investor-state disputes. She has handled arbitrations arising out of international commercial contracts, including long-term gas supply agreements and concession contracts, but also disputes arising out of M&A and shareholders' agreements. She also acts as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings.
