Conditions for assistance: our lawyers will assist sponsors and/or researchers to the limit of 20 hours per request/matter on a first come first served basis, except where there is proof of increased urgency within the framework of a specific protocol. If additional assistance is required beyond this hourly volume, and only after a formal agreement has been reached with the client, the usual conditions will apply.
