European law firm Fieldfisher has today announced it is merging with Heatons LLP, a Manchester based boutique law firm. This follows a partnership vote at Field Fisher Waterhouse which passed last week.
Matthew Fleetwood, currently Managing Partner of Heatons LLP, will become the Managing Partner of the joint Manchester operations working with Sarah Ellson who leads the firm's existing Manchester office. Matthew has a mandate to lead and grow the merged firm in the North West region.

Fieldfisher opened its office in Manchester in 2004.
