Harriet Seymour is an esteemed member of the practice, with more than 18 years’ experience protecting and managing consumer and corporate brands, advising high-profile businesses and high street names. Harriet has domestic and cross-border expertise in the development and implementation of brand protection, portfolio management and coexistence and settlement strategies.
Stijn Debaene, has over 15 years’ experience litigating cases in all areas of intellectual property law (copyrights, trade marks and patents) with a focus on clients in the media, telecommunications and sports sector. Notably, Stijn and his team have been involved in several landmark cases like the Telenet / United Video Properties patent litigation case which went up to the Court of Justice of the European Union.
