European law firm Fieldfisher launches its Corporate/M&A practice in Munich with the appointment of Daniel Marhewka. He joined Fieldfisher on 1st May alongside senior associate JUDr. Zuzana Meinecke Fábry. Daniel joins from Watson Farley Williams.
Daniel Marhewka is specialises in energy and infrastructure transactions. In addition, he focuses on M&A, private equity, venture capital and real estate transactions. He has a European and international practice and often advises on wind and solar projects with a total capacity of 1.500 mW.
Daniel's clients include national and foreign investors, financial institutions, corporations and family businesses.
Commenting on the appointment, Michael Chissick, Managing Partner at Fieldfisher, said:
