European law firm Fieldfisher has again strengthened its structured finance team with the hire of partner, Dougall Molson, following the recent arrival of partner, Richard Todd, from Mayer Brown. Dougall joins the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he was a partner in the Finance Group and led the Paris Finance team until he moved to London in 2015.
Dougall is a leader in the structured finance field and specialises in complex structured finance, commodity finance and derivatives.
