The team – Fieldfisher, RRH Consultores, Appleton Luff and Luis Garcia Gonzalez of Matrix Chambers – combines experience of advising Governments around the world on international trade matters both at the highest levels within Government and as trusted external advisers. The team is appointed to advise the UK Government on international trade negotiations and disputes over the next four years.
The team has experience across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas where they have acted as advisers on bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations. The team has also litigated some of the most contentious international trade disputes and adjudicated on international trade matters through arbitration, WTO Panels and as a former President of the WTO Appellate Body.
