Fieldfisher Amsterdam launches employment law practice with key hire

European law firm Fieldfisher is pleased to announce the launch of its Employment practice in Amsterdam with the appointment of Franck van Uden as partner.

This move strengthens the firm's existing capabilities to provide both national and cross-border employment law, employee benefits and employment litigation support to clients across a diverse range of sectors. With Franck in place, this appointment brings Fieldfisher's global employment law team to a total of 15 Partners across Amsterdam, Barcelona, Birmingham, Brussels, Dusseldorf, London, Manchester, Munich and Turin.

 
Franck joins Fieldfisher from law firm Jones Day, where he was a counsel on their employment and litigation team. Prior to this he spent time at Baker & McKenzie. Franck brings a wealth of knowledge across all areas of employment law, particularly complex litigation, restructurings, executive hiring and firing, compliance and investigations, works councils and work in the gig economy. As well as, expertise in fundamental rights issues, to the benefit of Fieldfisher's client base.
