The Fieldfisher Financial markets and products team has advised The Fyzz Facility Capital plc on its launch of an Innovative Finance ISA [http://fyzzisa.com] offering the opportunity to invest in bonds issued by the company who will be lending funds to the entertainment and content production industry through The Fyzz Facility Limited, in the USA and Europe.
The Fyzz Facility Capital plc is a sister company of The Fyzz Facility Limited, a specialist lender to the entertainment sector and a film and TV producer, and was established especially to raise funds from ISA investors and others.
Innovative Finance ISAs were introduced in 2016 to permit investors to invest funds in a wider range of assets, in particular, assets generated from online platforms. This is one of a small number of Innovative Finance ISAs that have been launched to date and the first to invest in the entertainment asset-backed lending sector.
