Fieldfisher is pleased to announce that it has assisted the KGAL group ("KGAL") through its Austrian subsidiary, ESPF Nr. 3 Austria GmbH & Co. OG, on the sale of the Lettweiler Höhe onshore wind farm in Germany to CEZ group.
CEZ Group has taken over the operational onshore wind farm Lettweiler Höhe in Germany, with a total installed capacity of 35.4 MW. All 14 wind turbines of the wind farm are located near Rehborn in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The wind farm is operational since 2013 and was built by juwi Energieprojekte GmbH. The transaction also included a majority interest in the related infrastructure company.

Fieldfisher hat die ESPF Nr. 3 Austria GmbH & Co. OG, eine Tochtergesellschaft der KGAL Gruppe ("KGAL") beim Verkauf des Onshore-Windparks Lettweiler Höhe an die CEZ Gruppe beraten. Der seit 2013 in Betrieb befindliche Windpark, bestehend aus 14 Windenergieanlagen mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 35,4 MW und ist in der Nähe von Rehborn, in Rheinland-Pfalz angesiedelt. Ursprünglich wurde der Windpark durch juwi Energieprojekte errichtet. Die Transaktion beinhaltete auch einen Mehrheitsanteil an einer Infrastrukturgesellschaft.
Das Fieldfisher-Team wurde von Daniel Marhewka (Corporate / Energie, München) geleitet. Unterstützt wurde er von Senior Associate JUDr. Zuzana Meinecke Fábry, LL.M. Eur. (Corporate / Energie, München).
