Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today the appointment of Olivier Proust as Of Counsel in the firm’s Privacy and Information Law Group. Olivier joins the firm from Brussels firm Morrison & Foerster.
Olivier specialises in French privacy, data protection and data security, including the implementation of global data management strategies, international data transfers and local data compliance. Olivier also advises companies on various aspects of technology law, consumer protection, employee privacy rights and e-discovery.
Olivier will be based in Fieldfisher's Brussels office with the objective of developing the firm's continental data protection practice.
