Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised existing Trap Oil Group plc in connection with a placing of new ordinary shares to raise £4.3 million.

The team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank advised on the placing of ordinary shares by Trap Oil Group plc, the independent oil and gas exploration and appraisal company focused on the UK Continental Shelf region of the North Sea, to raise £4.3 million.
