Fieldfisher advises on fundraising of £1.85 million

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised KEFI Mineral PLC in connection with a placing to raise £1.85 million.

The team led by corporate senior associate Brad Isaac, advised KEFI Minerals plc in connection with its placing of new ordinary shares on AIM to raise £1.85 million. KEFI will use the proceeds of the placing to progress its exploration programme as technical partner in the Gold & Minerals joint venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
