Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has acted for The Kellan Group PLC, on a secondary fundraising involving a placing of new ordinary shares to raise £1.4 million. The fundraising also involved a conversion of existing loan notes, a restructuring of the company's existing debt facility and provision of a new £1.26 million private debt facility, which will be used principally to pay down the company's indebtedness with its existing bankers.
