Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised on the fundraising of £9.5 million for AIM listed Victoria Oil & Gas.

The team led by corporate partner Dominic Gurney-Champion, assisted by partner George Cotter, advised Fox-Davies Capital Limited in connection with the placing of ordinary shares by AIM listed Victoria Oil & Gas to raise £9.5 million. The funds raised through the Placing will be utilised by the Company, inter alia, to complete the development of the Logbaba gas and gas condensate project in Cameroon following the increase in the Company's working interest in the project to 95%.
