Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited on its fundraising of up to £20.5 million.

The team led by corporate partner Anthony Brockbank, assisted by senior associate Brad Isaac, acted for Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited, an Australian company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, on its £20.5 million fundraising. The fundraising comprised an institutional placing, a subscription by a substantial shareholder, an open offer limited to residents of the European Union and a separate rights issue limited to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
