Employees of the world renowned architect and Fieldfisher client Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Limited (AHMM) have become the majority owners with advice from Fieldfisher.

The Fieldfisher team was led by partner Graeme Nuttall OBE who set the agenda for promoting employee ownership in the UK as the government's independent adviser on Employee Ownership.

Neil Palmer, Bethany Walters, Janice Houghton, Mark Gearing, Nick Currie and Ryan Hughes all worked with Graeme on this project.

This opportunity came about through the formation of the AHMM Employee Ownership Trust, and was the next step in the development of the practice which was founded by four partners 28 years ago.

This news comes as employee ownership is becoming increasingly popular as a business model, especially amongst architects and designers.

Graeme Nuttall OBE has agreed to take on the role of independent chairman of the board of the trustee company of the AHMM Employee Ownership Trust.
