Welcome to the latest issue of Fieldfisher's Charity Update.

This issue features a renewed call for a tax change to help charities recover from the COVID-19 crisis and guidance on fundraising and avoiding fraud. If you have any questions on any of these news items or other charity matters please contact any member of the Fieldfisher Charities team.

We are also pleased to introduce a new member of the Fieldfisher Charities team, Aarti Gupta. Aarti is a Consultant working with charity clients nationwide. She has been practising as a charity lawyer for over 18 years and worked as general counsel for registered charity Mencap for just under 10 years, before returning to private practice as a Consultant.
