I work exclusively for claimants in high-value catastrophic injury claims.
My experience covers fatal injury, complex musculoskeletal injury, adult and child brain injury, amputation, polytrauma, psychiatric trauma, and pain conditions including Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Fibromyalgia following road traffic collisions including pedestrians, bicycle, motorbike and vehicle incidents, and work injuries.
Having personal experience as a victim of road violence, I am a passionate and determined advocate, committed to providing practical and emotional support by ensuring prompt rehabilitation and financial support is provided early within litigation.
I take immense pride in creating strong relationships with my clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and to help them to rebuild a new life with independence and dignity. This approach has enabled me to secure complex rehabilitation packages, appropriate accommodation, care, equipment and multi- million-pound settlements.
Recent settlements include a million-pound settlement for a client who had all four limbs amputated and £3.9 million for a client who underwent an elective lower limb amputation following a motorbike crash.
I am committed to the development of the next generation of lawyers and improving access to the profession and am a steering group member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) Future Leaders Community. I was a finalist for the Apprentice of the Year award at the Manchester Legal Awards in 2023.
I passionately support the Child Brain Injury Trust, BRAKE, and RoadPeace, for whom I volunteer as a befriender to the recently bereaved to provide peer support.
