In this context and in view of the publication of the guidelines for the control of foreign investments in France (IEF) by the French Treasury, Fieldfisher France is pleased to invite you to the conference-debate:

"Foreign investments in France: what are the rules of the game?"

This event will cover the main issues at stake in the field of foreign investments in France as well as the changes made for a greater transparency of control with a particular focus on investments in the energy sector.

In partnership with Think Regulation, an association bringing together professionals in law, economics and public affairs to discuss regulatory issues, Fieldfisher France's Competition and Regulation team will have the pleasure of sharing its views in presence of Patrice Geoffron, Professor of Economics at the University of Paris Dauphine and Director of the Centre Géopolitique de l'énergie et des matières premières (Geopolitical Centre for Energy and Raw Materials), and Catherine Mansoux, Deputy Head of the Office for the Control of Foreign Investments in France.
