Professional background

I work with a range of regulators and public bodies, advising on all aspects of their statutory functions and powers.
 
I am an experienced advocate, appearing regularly before the District Court, and a range of other administrative bodies.
 
I have many years of experience in providing training to statutory bodies, particularly in relation to the decision making process, to ensure administrative law requirements are fulfilled.
 
Prior to joining the firm, I worked in the litigation department of a large Dublin law firm, where I developed expertise in regulatory prosecutions, landlord and tenant litigation, and online defamation matters.
