I am a Solicitor in the Public and Regulatory Department. I advise regulatory bodies in relation to aspects of their statutory functions, including investigations and enforcement, prosecutions, complaints and discipline and registration. I advise across different sectors to include education, health and social care, professional services and charities. I also carry out advisory services for clients on legal issues in relation to Brexit.

Recent examples of advice provided include advising a state agency in relation to the implications of Brexit. In addition, I am advising a regulator in the education sector on the preparation of a set of rules in the form of a statutory instrument.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a Solicitor in the Regulatory Department in a London firm, specialising in the investigation and preparation of hearings before fitness to practise committees of regulatory bodies.

I obtained a First Class Honours Degree in Law from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne before completing the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Queens University, Belfast.
