Professional background
I specialise in the investigation and presentation of cases for hearing before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies. I am also involved in the provision of advices to regulatory bodies in relation to all aspects of their statutory functions, as well as in relation to their practice and procedures.
Prior to joining the firm, I worked and trained in-house with a multinational pharmaceutical company. I was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2020.

The State has been granted a Supreme Court appeal against a recent High Court ruling that identified failings in how the law in respect of Irish citizenship by descent treats children born to same-sex parents living abroad, where one parent is an Irish citizen.
