A new Commercial Court Practice Direction (HC93) was introduced on 20 July 2020, which replaces Practice Direction HC85. Practice Direction HC93 repeats the provisions of Practice Direction HC85, as well as introducing a new requirement which provides that, in respect of Monday motion lists, no emails will be accepted by the Registrar or considered by the Court if sent after 3pm on the preceding Friday afternoon save for emails containing agreed directions or orders and in other very exceptional circumstances.
