I am an Associate Lawyer in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) Department at Fieldfisher Spain, specialising in personal data protection, digital law and intellectual and industrial property.
For more than eight years, I have advised public and private organisations — both national and international — on personal data protection, digital law and new technologies. My work includes regulatory compliance, acting as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO), technology contracting, advising on e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and applications, domain name disputes and M&A transactions.
I have experience across sectors such as life sciences, education, public administration, retail, marketing, healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications.
I always strive to understand the client’s perspective in order to provide legal advice that is tailored to their operational reality, with the aim of ensuring successful regulatory compliance within their organisation.
I hold a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s in Intellectual Property and the Information Society from ESADE. I am a practising lawyer with the Barcelona Bar Association and actively participate in the training sessions and activities it organises.
