Guillermo is a lawyer specialised in the areas of Intellectual Property and Information Technology with four years of experience. His professional career has focused on advising leading Spanish and international companies in the new technologies, software and retail industries, among others. He has extensive experience in the field of software copyright consultancy, advising on projects related to emerging technologies, e-commerce platforms and software development and licensing, as well as in the field of data protection, including acting as Data Protection Officer for various companies.
Before joining the Fieldfisher Spain team, he worked for 4 years in the Intellectual Property and New Technologies areas of ECIJA.
He holds a Law Degree from the University of Alicante, and has subsequently completed a Master's Degree in ICT Law, Social Networks and Intellectual Property at ESADE Business School, as well as a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Open University of Catalonia).
