Marta is a lawyer with over three years of experience in private companies and legal consulting, focusing on data protection, regulation of information society services and e-commerce, as well as artificial intelligence. Throughout her career, she has advised both national and international companies, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and consumer sectors.
She stands out for her practical, client-oriented approach, which enables her to deliver solid solutions aligned with each organization’s operational reality, facilitating regulatory compliance in complex and constantly evolving environments.
She holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from Pompeu Fabra University and completed her legal training with a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at the Barcelona School of Management – Pompeu Fabra University. She is a registered practicing lawyer with the Barcelona Bar Association.
