In her 20 years of experience, she has focused her practice on advising leading Spanish industrial investors and private equity firms on their investments and divestments in M&A transactions. 

She has participated in several M&A transactions advising international clients with presence in different jurisdictions, coordinating the work of other offices and collaborating law firms in LATAM, Europe and Asia. All this has allowed her to get to know very well the specific needs of this type of clients and their preferred buyout and co-investment structures.

In recent years, she has advised on numerous transactions in the infrastructure sector, acting as Secretary to the Board of Directors of several of the target companies and advising shareholders and the Board of Directors on corporate matters.

She also has extensive experience in M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector, advising both national developers and international investment funds on the sale and purchase of Ready to Build portfolios.

Professionally, she has extensive experience in the international law firm Jones Day, as Of Counsell in the M&A and Private Equity department.

At the academic level, she holds a Law Degree with a specialisation in Community Law from the Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid and a Diplôme d'Études Supérieurs in Community Law from the Université Paris 1, Pathéon-Sorbonne.

She can advise her clients in Spanish, English, French, Italian and Portuguese.
