Professional background
I am an M&A and Private Equity lawyer with 19 years’ experience advising private equity funds, portfolio companies and industrial groups on complex corporate transactions.
I advise on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, management incentive plans and strategic corporate projects, with significant experience in the telecommunications and mobility sectors. In telecommunications, my experience includes transactions and contracts involving FTTH networks, radio links, bitstream arrangements, wholesale agreements and sector consolidation processes.
I work closely with clients to understand the commercial drivers behind each transaction and to provide clear, practical and business-focused advice throughout the life cycle of their investments.
Education
I earned a joint degree in Law (JD) and Business Administration (E-3) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas – ICADE in Madrid.
I am a lecturer and coach in Corporate Law Practice on the Double Master’s Degree in Business Law and Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad de Navarra.

Advised a listed European credit management group on the acquisition of an 80% stake in one of Spain’s leading real estate servicing platforms, in a transaction valuing the company at over €300 million.
Advised a Spanish telecommunications group and its founder on the acquisition of a majority stake by a private equity investor.
Advised an international industrial group backed by a leading global alternative investment manager on the acquisition of a Spanish metallurgical company and its subsidiaries.
Advised a private equity investor on the acquisition of a majority stake in a Spanish manufacturer of protection relays for medium-voltage installations.
Advised a Spanish mobility services platform backed by a global private equity firm on the acquisition of two technology companies specialising in road safety and automated licence plate recognition.
Advised a Spanish telecommunications group for more than nine years on its national buy-and-build strategy, completing more than 30 acquisitions of telecom operators across Spain.
Advised on the corporate restructuring that led to the creation of a major Spanish financial institution and on its subsequent €3 billion IPO.
Advised on the sale of a Spanish car park and mobility infrastructure platform to an international infrastructure investor.
Advised a global private equity firm on its acquisition of a majority stake in a leading integrated 3PL logistics operator in the Andean region and Central America.
Advised the management team of a Spanish mobility services platform, backed by a global private equity firm, on its sale to an alternative asset manager for approximately €600 million and on the related management incentive plan.
