Pablo Vinageras is a partner in the Corporate Department at Fieldfisher, having spent almost his entire professional career at Garrigues.
He specialises in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, as well as start-ups.
He is also an associate professor at the ESADE (Universitat Ramon Llull) Faculty of Law, where he teaches international commercial law, and is an honorary member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Among other fields, he specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially in relation to advising international investment companies with interests in Spain and start-ups. He is particularly involved in operations (purchase and sale of shares and assets, joint ventures, financing rounds, investment agreements, collaboration and specialisation agreements, restructurings, etc.) with transnational elements, with particular attention to Anglo-Saxon countries, China and Latin America. Having trained in Mexico, he maintains particularly strong ties with clients in Latin America. His international contacts are complemented by his work as an honorary member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
He also regularly advises on corporate matters in the main M&A and internal restructuring operations carried out by the aforementioned entities, as well as by private equity firms and certain industrial sectors.
Pablo Vinageras is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), as well as a member of Legalmondo.
