I am the partner in charge of the Capital Markets practice in Spain, with over 20 years’ experience advising leading corporates, financial institutions and investors on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Over the course of my career, I have advised on IPOs, capital increases, domestic and international debt issuances, EMTN and ECP programmes, project bonds, convertible bonds and other capital markets financings.
I also have significant experience advising listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. My practice combines in-depth capital markets expertise with a cross-disciplinary view of the financial, corporate and regulatory dimensions of each transaction.

Leal advice to Banca March, S.A. as Dealer Manager on the tender offer by Sacyr of its EUR132,500,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due 10 June 2022.
Leal advice to the bondholders of GRUPO EMPRESARIAL SANDO, S.A. on the conversion of convertible notes and transfer to the Company of the shares received upon conversion.
