Virginia González is a senior associate in Fieldfisher’s Banking and Finance practice in Spain, specialized in financing and refinancing transactions of different types of assets such as student housing, hotels, schools, and photovoltaic plants.
She has extensive experience in due diligence processes for corporate and M&A transactions (company acquisitions and sales), leveraged buy-out transactions and real estate transactions (including, amongst others, shopping centers and student housings).
Virgina is also experienced in cross-border financing transactions advising corporate clients, debt funds, and financial entities in complex multijurisdictional operations.
She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration (E3) from the Pontificia Comillas University, ICADE.
Her working languages are Spanish and English.
