Professional background
I am a Principal Lawyer in the Banking & Finance department, which I joined in 2024, and I have extensive professional experience in this field.
I advise on all types of national and international transactions in corporate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance and debt restructuring, acting for both creditors — including credit institutions, debt funds and private equity — and for borrower companies, across a wide range of sectors.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I spent seven years at Araoz & Rueda as a senior associate in Banking & Finance, and worked in the legal advisory and general secretariat of Abengoa (now Cox), where I was involved in the global restructuring of the group’s debt until 2017. Earlier in my career, I worked at Pérez-Llorca and Uría Menéndez.
I hold a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid (2014) and I am a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
I work in Spanish and English.
