我是斐石律师事务所中国区的律师。
我向客户提供资本市场领域的法律服务，主要包括公司境内外首次公开发行股票并上市，股权并购和其他公司类业务。具体涉及：尽职调查、公司股份制改制、公司股权架构方案设计、公司在全国中小企业股权转让系统挂牌服务、公司首次公开发行股票并上市及公司上市后持续合规辅导。
我曾为医疗器械行业，信息通信工程行业，食品服务行业,教育行业和TMT行业的公司提供过法律服务。
在加入斐石之前，我曾在北京市海淀区劳动仲裁院和西宁市城西区人民法院实习。
我业余时间喜欢阅读历史书籍和登高。
我可以使用流利的普通话和英语进行工作交流。

I am an associate of Fieldfisher China.
I advise clients on capital market issues, including inbound and outbound IPOs, M&A and corporate matters, especially due diligence, equity reform, equity structure design, NEEQ listing, IPOs, continuous supervision of listed companies etc.
I have advised companies from sectors of medical devices, Information communication engineering, food service, education and TMT.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked at Labor Arbitration Commission of Haidian District, Beijing and People's Court of West District, Xining.
I obtained my LLB degree from China Institute of Industrial Relations and LLM degree from University of Glasgow.
In my spare time I enjoy reading history books and hiking.
I am a native Mandarin speaker and also fluent in English.
