I am a real estate lawyer based in our London office and joined the firm in 2024. I have experience acting on:

  • Market-leading acquisitions and disposals. My experience includes acquiring and selling significant nine-figure trophy assets in London on behalf of international investors. On such matters, I have acted on both asset and corporate transactions.
  • Landlord and tenant matters. My experience includes managing portfolios of property across England on behalf of institutional investors. I also have experience acting on behalf of tenants, including HQ office lettings and assisting a Fortune 500 client with their English office requirements.
  • Real estate backed lending. I have assisted both lenders and borrowers with securing financing against real estate in England and Wales, including prime city offices, portfolios of supermarkets, and industrial warehouses.
  • Development matters. My experience includes advising clients on development constraints on the acquisition of land for development and existing sites for redevelopment for prime residential apartments in London.

Examples of my work include:

  • acting for an international investor with the corporate acquisition of offices in central London for ca. £135 million;
  • acting for a global investor with the due diligence of a £220 million acquisition of a portfolio of distribution facilities from a leading supermarket chain on a sale and leaseback basis;
  • assisting an international investor with the acquisition of a tenanted portfolio of data centres for ca. £125 million;
  • assisting an international developer with seeking confirmation of a compulsory purchase order for the regeneration of a site in North London valued in excess of £1 billion;
  • advising a prime residential developer with the acquisition of buildings in Belgravia for redevelopment to luxury apartments;
  • acting for a global asset manager with the management of their assets across England and also their London office relocation;
  • acting for a family office with lettings of office and retail space at their investments on Oxford Street and St James’s Square;
  • advising a Fortune 500 client with the renewal of their HQ office in Canary Wharf and assisting with their other English office requirements; and
  • acting for a leading logistics real estate fund manager with the letting of space at an industrial park to a prominent supermarket chain.
