I advise clients across a wide range of contentious intellectual property matters, providing commercial advice to new and established brands in pre and post litigation scenarios. With a focus on brand protection strategy and enforcement, I specialise in trade mark and copyright disputes, together with frequently handling defamation matters. I have also worked on technology disputes, particularly in relation to outsourcing agreements.

I have experience of litigation in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, High Court (both Chancery and Queen's Bench divisions) and Court of Appeal, together with registry actions.

I represent a variety of UK and international clients including those in the entertainment, technology, FMCG and luxury goods industries.

I enjoy writing articles for external publications and contributing to the firm's 'SnIPpets' intellectual property blog. One of the most exciting things about my role is having the opportunity to speak at external events and talk to clients about their businesses.

I re-joined Fieldfisher in 2019 having taken a year away from law to cycle from the UK to New Zealand. I initially joined the firm in 2017, having trained and worked at a leading international firm followed by a boutique IP practice in London.
