Professional background
My expertise spans all types of employment law, including transformation, restructuring, and redundancy. I handle complex disputes, Employment Tribunals, and High Court actions, including those involving competition and restrictive covenants. I am able to address all issues that might arise during the employment lifecycle, from workplace investigations (such as grievances, misconduct, and harassment) to discrimination cases, including harassment and victimisation.
Additionally, I am proficient in TUPE regulations and I often provide training for HR teams on various employment law topics. I can also offer planning and implementation guidance in relation to the new Employment Rights Act.
