My work focuses on the design and implementation of intercompany pricing models, the preparation of TP documentation in line with OECD guidelines, and the support to clients during tax audits and dispute resolution phases.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I gained hands-on experience at EY in the Transfer Pricing team, handling many Billion-Dollar Groups' TP operations. I also worked as a litigation & ADR lawyer in Orsingher Ortu AA, a top tier Italian law firm, where I developed strong legal drafting and client advisory skills across corporate and banking disputes.
