I have a broad range of experience accumulated over 10 years with my primary focus on acting for lenders and borrowers in Real Estate Finance transactions including Development Finance, Project Finance and Ground Rent Fundings.
I also have a wide range of experience in the private client sector assisting high net worth individuals in relation to acquisitions, disposals and restructuring (i.e. de-envelopings, distrubutions in-specie) of real estate.
