Professional background
I have experience acting for a broad range of clients, including investors, institutional lenders, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers and landlords and property developers on a variety of real estate transactions.
My experience includes acting for both purchasers and sellers on commercial property transactions, as well as developers on plot assembly and promotion agreements, assisting with complex title investigations. I also have experience in landlord and tenant matters, acting for institutional lenders on secured lending transactions and providing support to my colleagues in the Corporate department on the property aspects of share and asset sales and purchases.
I have experience of working on large scale projects with tight delivery timetables.
I studied Law at Newcastle University before qualifying in 2017.
