I specialise in the investigation and preparation of cases for hearing before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies. I am also involved in the provision of advices to regulatory bodies in respect of their fitness to practise processes, from preliminary stage through to sanction. I have substantial expertise in examining medical records, obtaining witness statements and briefing expert witnesses. I have extensive experience in private client and commercial litigation and have appeared in all jurisdictions from the District to the Superior Courts.
