I advise lenders on a broad range of property backed finance transactions. My work primarily involves development finance, acquisition finance and secured lending, acting for borrowers, traditional financial institutions and alternative finance providers.

My experience includes advising on development finance for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, as well as supporting secured lending and acquisition finance transactions. I work on due diligence, security structuring and the negotiation and completion of finance documentation, adopting a commercial and practical approach to each matter.

I value clarity in communication and a straightforward approach to legal advice.

Alongside my real estate finance experience, I have a strong interest in negotiation and commercial problem‑solving. During my training contract with the firm, I represented the Law Society of Ireland in a number of international competitions and was awarded Best Negotiator at the Fédération des Barreaux d’Europe International Contract Negotiation Competition in Palermo in 2025.
