He advises healthcare companies on topics related to health regulations, litigation, research, drafting and negotiating of contracts.

Sébastien began his career in 1998 as a corporate lawyer for Roche and Schering-Plough, before practising within the "Healthcare Industry" department of Courtois Lebel from 2007. He then developed his own business before joining Fieldfisher Paris in 2016 as Of Counsel.

He speaks French and English.

The Paris Court of Appeal has just issued a landmark decision concerning the notion of medical devices, in the context of a five-year dispute between two French companies. Such decisions are rare, even in the other European countries which use the same EU legal definition for medical devices (e.g. Spain and United Kingdom - which has a similar definition despite the country is no longer being an EU member state).
