Professional background

I specialise in advising clients on commercial and marketing matters and I have experience in contracts relating to franchising, distribution, eCommerce and licensing. I also have experience in preparing terms and conditions for a number of various competitions and promotions and also advising on advertising and consumer laws and regulations.

I am commercially minded which enables me to advise my clients on their businesses objectively and translate this into a tailored legal service. Due to my approach, I have created long-standing relationships with my clients.

I have gained invaluable commercial experience through my in-house secondment with a number of well-known fashions brands. I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
