Professional background
I am a Real Estate transactional lawyer specialising in real estate finance, working predominantly with the Manchester and London Banking teams for a selection of lenders ranging from international banks to boutique lenders.
I deal with properties across all sectors but with a particular focus on healthcare (including retail pharmacies, dentists, care homes and veterinary practices) and leisure (including pubs, restaurants and hotels).
I also work on lending transactions for borrower clients, including a portfolio of hotels and residential development sites.
I have a number of years of experience in the wider transactional field including landlord and tenant matters across a range of properties, for both institutional and private investment landlords, local and international retailers and office occupiers, and investment sales and purchases of commercial, mixed use and residential properties.
