I am a real estate Director specialising in landlord and tenant matters, acting for both institutional landlords in property management and for retail, office and leisure tenants in connection with the grant and renewal of occupational leases.
I also regularly support colleagues in our corporate and dispute resolution teams in connection with the property aspects of their matters.
I have experience of property finance matters and assist the real estate finance team in high value transactions. I have also advised a number of high net-worth individuals in connection with residential sales and purchases for both investment and occupation purposes.
