I specialise in the investigation and preparation of cases for hearing before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies. I am also involved in providing advice to regulatory bodies in respect of their fitness to practise processes, from preliminary stage through to sanction.
Prior to joining the Public & Regulatory team in Fieldfisher, I worked in an international law firm in Dublin where I specialised in complex commercial disputes. I have experience in disputes ranging from asset recovery and white-collar crime to media defence and shareholder disputes.
