Professional background

My practice covers acquisitions and disposals, development, leasing, asset management and the real estate aspects of banking and corporate transactions across all asset classes. I have advised on significant mandates including development agreements for the Duchy of Lancaster’s Savoy Estate, strategic office and retail leasing across London Bridge Quarter (including The Shard), and major portfolio transactions such as a £260m joint venture purchase for Credit Suisse and a £600m student accommodation investment for LetterOne.

I completed a senior in-house secondment with Legal & General Investment Management, where I supported the Real Assets legal team on projects including a £500m+ bulk annuity transfer scheme and the rollout of standard ESG provisions across multiple funds.

I also contribute to industry thought leadership, sitting on the Better Buildings Partnership’s Green Lease Toolkit Legal Working Group and its owner/occupier forum and I support my clients in implementing ESG and sustainability strategies.
