Professional background
I have more than 17 years of experience advising on Corporate and M&A matters for a wide range of clients, including private equity funds, institutional investors, real estate investment vehicles (SOCIMIs), industrial groups, family businesses and start-ups.
Throughout my career, developed at leading national and international law firms, I have led the legal advisory work on investment transactions, acquisitions, disposals of businesses and joint ventures.
In addition, I provide ongoing corporate advice — including corporate law, restructurings and commercial contracting — to recurring clients, many of whom originate from my involvement in corporate transactions. I also serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors in numerous companies.
Although my experience is broad-based, I have particular expertise in the real estate, infrastructure, industrial and manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and consumer and food sectors.
