I have more than a decade of experience in managing complex disputes, particularly commercial, corporate, and unfair competition matters. My practice covers all stages of dispute resolution, from developing litigation strategies and drafting pleadings to representing clients before courts and in arbitration proceedings.
I have experience advising on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). I have successfully negotiated complex settlements, providing an effective alternative to court and arbitration proceedings.
White-Collar Crimes
I have advisory experience in white-collar crime and the liability of company management and supervisory board members. I represent clients at all stages of criminal proceedings, acting as both a defence attorney and a representative of victims.
Pro Bono
I am actively involved in pro bono work, supporting women’s rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and freedom of the press.
Tax Litigation
I have experience in conducting administrative and tax disputes, with extensive expertise in VAT-related litigation. I completed postgraduate tax studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Compliance
I advise clients on ensuring their business ventures comply with the law and minimise the risks. I am an Approved Compliance Officer (ACO).
