I have more than 35 years’ experience in the financial services, government, consumer goods and services industries. I was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Global Services and Axon Solutions and a senior manager with Unilever and Swiss Re.
I've managed and worked on projects ranging from business strategy and start-ups through operational improvement to major systems implementations, in industries including central and local government, food, drink, tobacco, pharmaceutical, engineering, white goods, retail, insurance, banking, and various service industries.
Most recently, I've concentrated on the commercial, contractual and programme management of complex transformation programmes and large systems implementations in local and national Government and national and multinational businesses.
My primary skills are the ability to scope and frame business transformation and systems projects to achieve business benefits, the project management of large complex projects, the engagement of people in major change programmes, and the support and advice to senior board directors on sponsorship of large programmes.
